Last week we began the process of re-launching our Network of Teacher Web Sites. We were thrilled with the response and feedback we received to date. Over 900 members sent us their comments. There were many common questions about the changes, so we will try to answer a few of the pressing concerns in Section 8. Please take a moment to read these, as they will likely affect you. 2. $100 Gift Certificate - Random Draw Winner

Last week we announced in our Newsletter that we were giving away one $100 gift certificate to Amazon.com. In order to be eligible, members had to submit their feedback via online form. Over 900 members were eligible for this draw. We were so impressed with the feedback that we decided to hold two draws: the recipients of the gift certificates are R. Marshall of Bentree, WV and Maria Fernão of Lisbon, Portugal. Congratulations!

Q - I don't like the advertisement on your site. Why do you have banner ads?
A - While many Teacher Portals have begun to charge annual membership fees, we have made the decision not to do this. Instead, we choose to run some targeted advertising on behalf of sponsors who help fund the sites. You will never see ads that are not related to teachers, but keep in mind that without these ads, we too would be forced to charge a user-fee!
